The General Terms and Conditions of Sale outlined here regulate the presentation and sale of products on this website and any site administered by Rottweiler Merch LLC. We provide all goods upon the request of our customers, provided they are ordered in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

CHECKOUT

Our website is secure and adheres to PCI compliance standards. Rest assured that we will not disclose your information to any third party. We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All prices shown are USD.

International customers, please be patient as we require up to 5 business days to process your order (transit times excluded).

We present an economical international service through UPS Mail Innovations, with an estimated delivery time ranging from 1 to 8 weeks. UPS will deliver the package to your country and hand it over to your local postal service to initiate the import process. While most countries will continue to have tracking available with the provided UPS number, transit details may be limited.

For a quicker alternative, we offer an expedited international service through DHL Express, providing an average delivery time of up to 10 days with worldwide door-to-door tracking. Please note that this option comes with a significantly higher cost.

International shipping may experience occasional uncertainties, with most delays occurring at customs offices. All international customers are subject to the laws, duties, and taxes of their destination country. Should your package be detained by customs for any reason, it is your responsibility to liaise with your local customs office to address any necessary actions required by your country for the shipment's completion. Depending on your location and the total value of your order, it is highly probable that your government may impose additional import fees in addition to the shipping charges paid to Rottweiler Merch. These supplementary fees are beyond our control and cannot be predicted in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any assistance with international customs offices.

Please be advised that ROTTWEILER MERCH cannot be held accountable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during international transit. In the event that your package is returned to us for any reason, you will receive notification via email. Failure to respond within 5 business days will result in the item(s) being returned to our inventory, and a refund will be issued for the order amount, excluding shipping charges, along with a 10% re-stocking fee.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Processing time for domestic orders is up to 3 business days, in addition to transit time. Various shipping options are available, including UPS 3 Day Select (1-3 Business Days), UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days), UPS Mail Innovations (1-5 Business Days), and USPS Media Mail* (1-14 Business Days). Please be aware that delivery times might experience delays during holiday rush periods, and we appreciate your understanding during these peak seasons.

*Exercise caution when opting for USPS Media Mail. While it is offered as a budget service for vinyl, it is not recommended due to a higher risk of delays and damage.

ROTTWEILER MERCH assumes no responsibility for items lost, stolen, or damaged during domestic transit. However, in the event your package is returned to us for any reason, immediate email notification will be sent. Failure to respond within 5 business days will result in the item(s) being restocked, and a refund issued for the order amount, excluding shipping and accompanied by a 10% re-stocking fee.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Our return policy exclusively allows for exchanges. Should you need to exchange any item from your order, kindly return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery using the provided address label from your package. Alternatively, you may ship the items to the address below, including your name, email address, and order number. Please be aware that you are responsible for all postage costs. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will promptly issue a store credit equivalent to the total value of your exchange. Expect to receive the store credit via email within 24-48 hours. For any inquiries or concerns, please reach out to our customer service.

Important Note: We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate cancellations or exchanges for the following items: Products contributing to charitable causes, face masks, items labeled as final run/sale, free or promotional items, any products damaged during shipping or upon opening, cosmetics, electronics, perishable goods, items that have been washed, worn, or unsealed, including opened vinyl/CDs.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

If alterations to your address are necessary and your order has not been shipped, kindly get in touch with us promptly, and we'll manage the adjustments. Should your order already be in transit, you will receive notification if USPS returns the package to our warehouse. Failure to respond within 5 business days will result in the item(s) being restocked, and a refund will be issued for the entire order amount, excluding shipping and credit card transaction fees. Any additional shipping charges for the re-shipped package will be your responsibility.

VINYL & POSTERS

Vinyl records and posters are in impeccable condition when carefully packed. We regret to inform you that requests to ship them without packaging or shrink wrap will not be accommodated. It's essential to note that we do not provide refunds or replacements for damage resulting from extreme weather conditions or minor cosmetic issues such as corner dings, bends, split inserts, and the like. Despite our meticulous packaging in custom-crafted boxes and tubes, there are instances where such wear may be unavoidable during transit.

SIZING

Several clothing items come with a sizing chart for your reference. It's important to be aware that neither the factory nor Rottweiler Merch will measure each shirt for absolute precision. Variations in sizing may occur.

PRE-ORDERS

To clarify, placing a pre-order for an album does not guarantee receiving it before the worldwide release. Depending on your location and the shipping date, you might receive the album after its official release. Pre-ordering is simply an opportunity to secure albums in advance, often accompanied by limited items. The expected "SHIPS ON OR AROUND" date mentioned in the product description provides an estimate, though occasional shifts may occur due to unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Important Note: Any additional items bought along with a pre-order will not be shipped until the specified time mentioned in the description of the pre-ordered item.

BACK-ORDERS

We strive to dispatch customer orders in their entirety. When orders are complete, they will be shipped in a single shipment. In the case of incomplete orders, we hold them briefly to ensure the shipment of all items together. Immediate notification will be provided if we anticipate an extended backorder for any item(s). In such cases, you have the option to cancel the out-of-stock item, exchange it for an alternative, or choose to wait for its availability.

PROMOTIONS

Promotional items and giveaways are subject to availability and are not guaranteed; they will be provided only while supplies last.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are exclusive to the respective store and may be deactivated during other store-wide sales. All codes must be entered at the time of checkout and cannot be applied to orders that have already been shipped or existing orders.

GIFT CARDS

We do not offer gift cards.

A download link for your digital order will be sent to your email, allowing for a single download per purchase.
